8 August 2011-Music Reflection

Today after going through the absent list, because a lot of students dropped music class, we were divided into 4 groups. I was one group with 3 other guys; Joshua, Vincent, Yohanes. We then discussed about the composers and also about the characteristic of each era. I chose romantic music because I love romantic songs rather tan any other genre. I find it interesting. And for the romantic era, the greatest composer is Tchaikovsky. i love his compositions, The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, almost all of them. And then we present our work; what we did in the given time in front of the class. When we wanted to go to our instrument class, turns out there are still 2 students who haven't gotten the chance to sing last week. So to make up for lost times, they sang on our instrument class period, hence, no instrument class. After they sang, the time was only enough to make our reflections, and so we did. For next session, I will do a presentation with my group of what we did today. So I will do more research and our group will make the presentation on Wednesday after school.
